 Jiu-Jitsu gis marked "Processing: 100% pre-shrunk" will hardly shrink after washing.  Please choose a size that fits you perfectly when new.
"Processing: 90% Pre-shrunk" will shrink by about 3% after washing.Please choose a slightly larger size when purchasing a new gi.
